Website terms
Effective September 27, 2026
These terms govern access to the public AxLoop AI website. Separate written terms will apply to any product, pilot, or paid service.
Website use
You may use this website to learn about AxLoop, read its research, and contact the company. You may not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that impairs service, or use its content to misrepresent AxLoop or its capabilities.
Product information
The website describes both available capabilities and future product direction. Labels such as “Available now,” “Near term,” and “Product direction” are part of the description. Roadmap statements are informational. They are not a promise that a feature will ship by a particular date or in a particular form.
Intellectual property
AxLoop owns or licenses the website, brand, diagrams, written content, and related materials. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. These terms do not grant a license to copy substantial portions, create misleading derivatives, or use AxLoop marks as your own.
Third-party services
The website may link to third-party services or load media from them after you choose to interact. AxLoop does not control those services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them.
No warranty
The website and its educational content are provided as available. AxLoop works to keep claims accurate, but does not warrant that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free. Website content is not legal, compliance, or security advice.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, AxLoop is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website. AxLoop may update these terms as the website and product evolve. The effective date will identify the current version.
